Health Events and Screenings

Here are some events that we have participated in around the community. Check back often to join us in future events. 

1. Florence Hospital at Anthem staff supported the Del Webb Goes Pink Breast Cancer Walk/Run. All net proceeds benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Event was open to the public. Come join us next time in supporting this cause.  www.OurAnthemMR.net

 

2. March for Babies event at Peart Park in Casa Grande. Florence Hospital at Anthem along with Gilbert Hospital forms a team and walks to raise funds for stronger, healthier babies. 3. FREE Flu Shots are offered at the annual FITT for Life Expo where Florence Hospital at Anthem continues to be the Presenting Sponsor for this exciting event. It is held at the Sun City Anthem at Merrill Ranch Community on Hunt Highway in Florence. (3925 N. Sun City Blvd, Florence).  The FITT for Life Expo brings together local, regional and national health, fitness, nutriton and wellness organizations, among others, to connect with community residents. Mission: "The Anthem at Merrill Ranch FITT for LIfe Expo exists to connect, educate and inform the residents of the southeast valley, specifically Pinal County, with the resources they need to live a healthy, happy lifestyle.

2011 Projected Expo Attendance was 3,000!
